Andreas Bahne began his career as an Electrical Technician after completing his National Diploma in Electrical Heavy Current at the Vaal University of Technology, specializing in the metal industry. With over 30 years of experience in Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation (EC&I), he has worked across various industrial sectors.

In 2004, Andreas was part of the team that won the prestigious Siemens® WinCC Best Application Award.

Throughout his career, Andreas has contributed to projects both locally and internationally, subcontracting for clients or EPCMs. He has extensive experience overseeing projects from conception to completion, including engineering design, procurement, construction management, and commissioning.

While he has worked with a variety of control systems and equipment, Siemens® and more recently Beckhoff® have been the standout brands in his portfolio.   Trusted German Engineering Excellence Since 1980.

Michaela Oberholzer, who holds an National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting from Vaal University of Technology, has built a diverse career across multiple industries. Her experience spans sectors such as legal, manufacturing, and transport, eventually rising to the position of Director at a leading EC&I company. In this role, she managed various industry aspects both locally and in Zambia and the DRC.

Currently, Michaela runs her own accounting practice Bahne Business Accountants, uniquely tailored to meet the individual needs and requirements of clients across different sectors. With her strong background as a Cost Accountant, her deep understanding of business operations, and her expertise in the EC&I sector, she brings a valuable and fresh perspective to the team, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
